liblfds release 7.0.0 release note

Introduction

Release 7.0.0 is a major release. All APIs have changed.

Upgrade Paths

It is not possible to upgrade to 7.0.0. Code has to be rewritten. However, 6.0.1 and 6.1.1 can be compiled and linked into the same code base as 7.0.0, so existing code does not need to be migrated.
